Abstract

In today's modern era, the business world continues to evolve, creating intense competition that drives companies to improve their strategies to attract and retain consumers. Service quality has become a critical factor in maintaining customer loyalty and gaining a competitive advantage. In addition, facilities such as cleanliness, comfort, and seating layout also contribute significantly to customer satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and facilities on consumer satisfaction at Mie Gacoan Jatinangor. The study involved 52 consumers as respondents, and the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS software. The results indicate that both service quality and facilities have a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction. These findings suggest that maintaining high service standards and providing adequate facilities are essential strategies for increasing customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat visits.
